Our property department takes instructions
from clients who are engaged in the purchase, sale or remortgaging of residential property
and the purchase, sale, investment in or renting of commercial property.
Our input commences with an inclusive budget detailing the costs and
outlay associated with the transaction. When figures are confirmed, we then work with our
clients through the full conveyancing process - from attending to the necessary
pre-contract essentials, through to completion and handing over of the keys.
Each client is given a checklist to monitor the progress of their case
while, a "key tasks" table highlighting the clients input into the sales
process ensures completion on the targeted closing date.
